For those of you who doesn't what actually happened because you don't know Japanese, here is a brief summary.

Chikage is working for Kuhou pwning bad guys and the yellow hair dude apparently knew why Chikage's father died and he said his father was in fact killed by Kuhou because his father knew the secret of the organization. In the end Chikage confronts Kuhou but it ends with him saying "Whether it is the truth or not, I will confirm it with my own eyes unclouded".

To me it sounds like another one of those conspiracy film to me. The only thing worth watching would probably be just the action part, as I am sure the plot will be cliched as hell.
