Correct format for adding releases

I'm trying to add missing titles to the Encyclopedia, but I can't seem to figure out the format, even though there are examples. The latest ones I've tried are the Soul Eater half sets in DVD and BD, but I keep getting an error message. Here's what I'm putting in:

Code:
2004-05-24 (USA DVD Boxset) Soul Eater DVD Part 1 + Part 2
2004-05-24 (USA BD Boxset) Soul Eater Blu-Ray Part 1 + Part 2


The error I then get is:
Information does not follow the correct format
incorrect line has been prefixed with "ERR>"

And it looks like:

Code:
ERR> 2004-05-24 (USA DVD Boxset) Soul Eater DVD Part 1 + Part 2
2004-05-24 (USA BD Boxset) Soul Eater Blu-Ray Part 1 + Part 2


And yes, I do have the multi-input box checked. I've also tried doing it without the part in parenthesis and I get the exact same results. I'm obviously dumb and need help with the correct format. Can someone give me an exact example of what this is supposed to look like?

Not sure if this is part of the problem or not, but you are trying to set release dates for 4 years before it aired in Japan.

Whoops. Well, I changed the year to 2011, but it still didn't work.

There should be a colon after "USA DVD Boxset". E.g.:

Code:
2004-05-24 (USA DVD Boxset: Soul Eater DVD Part 1 + Part 2)
2004-05-24 (USA BD Boxset: Soul Eater Blu-Ray Part 1 + Part 2)

I just tested and confirmed that this works.

By the way, you did use the 2011 date for the Soul Eater sets, didn't you?
