The majority of fanart of the characters I listed depicts them (accurately, IMO) as being young adults, at the very least. Don't tell me you're going to take ZUN's horrible drawings as gospel?

Which matches these girls perfectly. In addition to this. I'd be more than glad to have them older... problem is, official sources recognize them as young characters.

Doubtful. ZUN has always wanted Touhou to be known through it's games and not the massive glut secondary media, especially not stuff produced with any feel of professionalism. Sure, he's largely failed on that front, but I respect ZUN for wanting to keep Touhou a "by fans, for fans" kind of deal.
Edit: Official sources, as in the games, portray the characters innocently. Not 100% sure about the official mangas, but the games have always been pretty harmless fluff. I somehow doubt ZUN made the games about little girls in silly hats just for the fans to take rule 34 and run with it. That kind of thing happens regardless of author intent.

Everything you just linked is fanart. Then you imply they are official sources. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

I've read a few of them, and they're harmless fluff to the point of almost being boring. The game story interpretations and one-off stuff tend to be far more interesting.

My point? I've been saying that they're young all along, and even you agreed with that fact despite implying that they were thousands of years old. Either way, my point is that I'm always right, and that they're young thus why the creator doesn't want them naked all around the place.

^ the whole point is that they're ageless, so however they look like doesn't matter. Every artist has their own way of depicting them. The same goes with many other characters in other series. Consider Nagi from Kannagi or Rukia from Bleach.
Anyways, all of this is really off-topic since there are still no changes or restrictions on doujinshi content--doujin manga, artwork, games, 3d/flash animation, videos, music--which makes up the vast majority of Touhou content anyways. Only revisions are restrictions on commercial goods and distribution.

Uh. Most of the Touhou cast does look rather young in the majority of art of them. I never denied that (nor did I agree with you that they're all young; not sure where you're seeing that). I was just pointing out that there are some characters that fandom generally accepts as being past their teens, at least as far as physical maturity goes. Take it easy.

Trying to apply common morality to an internet fan base of a Japanese multimedia franchise is kind of pointless, don't you think?
Besides, he is trying to limit the sale of commercial doujin. Unless he is willing to spend months of his life shifting through Pixiv galleries and sending removal notices to any picture that may be 'overly sexual,' then I doubt that this will effect the amount of pornography available in the slightest. And even if he is insane enough (or drunk enough) to do something like that, it will only result in a backlash from fans.
This will more than likely effect places like DLsite the most. Assuming that DLsite is willing to comply.

If you're in this thread to slam Touhou for looking young, you're in the wrongest place possible and you just don't, nor probably will you ever, get it.

When did I say I wasn't a fan of Touhou, and when exactly did I apply morality to it just by saying that they're young? Actually, who said there's anything wrong with them being young? You people came up with that.
Wake up. I'm not an idiot who thinks that watching young characters makes you a pedophile. And even if it did that'd be your problem, not mine.
