lol, shows like this will take top spot first week as long as it has nothing spectacular releasing in the same week.

It's still a week early for Oreimo (notice its release date is Feb 23).

So pretty much some stores sold it early. It'll be in the top spot next week for sure with ~20k combined DVD/BD copies sold.
