This show is slowly but surely going from one of my favourites of the season to being one of the best of the season. Which is most timely Comedy-wise, since the second season of Nyarko-san is sadly not nearly as entertaining as the original. Yuyushiki consistently gives me my laughs and smiles for the week.
Even Yukari and Yuzuko admitted to themselves that they should drop that train of thought, and little kids wouldn't even know what was being said in the first place. So no, I don't think the series crossed the line. |

I don't think that I can think of a single thing wrong with this series!
Yukari and Yuzuko antics always make me smile. Yui's such a great foil to those two. |

Both the girls mentioned something referred to as Yui's spoiler[bean] in their heads. Now what part of spoiler[Yui's body] could resemble spoiler[a bean]? And you get why they knew that they had to stop that train of thought.
Note: I put spoiler tags in on the off chance someone young is in here, although I did not really say it, so now forbidding young ones almost makes it worse. |

you think that perhaps part of the reason Yuzuko acts the way she does is due to the blatant favoritism Yui has for Yukari?

I've had that thought before - Yuzuko is definitely jealous of the length of time Yukari's known Yui and's clearly acting, so her attempting to mimic her way into Yui's

Personally, I think the favouritism that Yui shows Yukari is based on the fact that Yukari is less obnoxious than Yuzuko. Plus Yukari has a whiff of helplessness about her that Yuzuko does not which may stimulate Yui's manly protective feelings.

I just love this show. Yuzuko getting turned on after hearing about Yukari's drunk mom. Kei allowing Yui to touch Aikawa's chest out of gratitude for paying for her lunch, but only once of course.

The Lesbianism is strong in this episode.
I like how the three other girls have been given more and more screentime with each passing episode. In their own way they are just as eff-ed up (if not moreso) than the main trio. I cracked up when Fumi said (and I'm paraphrasing), "Forget about Kei, she's my plaything". LOL, what the...? |
