Goku always has the right attitude.. I feel for the victims who suffered this disaster. If this was Dragon Ball, a lot of this would be prevented.

Well... That's not very personal. He could re-use that image for any disaster.. but I'm sure seeing iconic characters in support will be inspiring to some, especially children.
