My current avatar is Moira from Overwatch. I normally cycle through avatars within a few weeks, but I've had this one up now for months. Probably the longest I've had one up at a single point in years.

I figured I have had my Moira from Overwatch avatar up for long enough. Time for a switch. For now I'll be going with Rorschach from Watchmen. There's snow in the avatar and it's winter so it's a wintry avatar.

After a few changes I figured I'd use a holiday avatar or two through January. Get into the holiday and winter spirit. First up is the ever precocious, adorable, and snarky mage from Tevinter. Dorian Pavus. Yes that's Dragon Age and not anime, sue me. |

Excellent taste! Sakamoto-san is awesome! My current avatar is Pikario from Kira Kira Pretty Cure A La Mode. He's my newest comfort character and I just adore him so much, and I'm so proud of him! |

Yes indeed. Which if you play Dragon Age Inquisition and know Dorian's personality it makes it all that much more hilarious and heart warming. At least for me it does. |

I was realising more recently that I may have not focused on Dorian as much as I might like back when I originally played, because some level of denial made me a bit uncomfortable despite liking the character, also my character was a mage. Looking for some fun gay romanceable characters I was thinking about really getting myself to replay it if I can figure out a fun character to go along with Dorian or play different to the first time. My current avatar is Eve Louise from Visual Prison. I had for the last while keeping my open for something of an androgynous character, and they kind of seemed like one I could make look okay. Maybe if something fits my fancy better I could change. |

I actually replayed Dragon Age Inquisition just a couple months ago. Did a whole 100+ hour playthrough. Dorian may be from Tevinter but he is alright. He has been a good friend to all of my Inquisitors (who have all been similar mages).

Funny point of info you might not know, if you bring him and Bull as the 2 teammates enough times then they actually get together and have a thing. I brought them the most as I love their characters and found this out over time by happenstance.
I have done several FULL playthroughs, and several more "half" playthroughs, and in every single one he is my homie. Much like with Mass Effect, even when I "play differently" there are some dialog and story choices I always make. In DAI I always support Dorian and I always (minus 1 time just to see what it was like) go the talk with the mages route at the beginning. As opposed to talking to and supporting the Templars. So I always got Dorian first and then Cole during the attack on Haven. Didn't realize I was going to turn this into a Dragon Age discussion. Sorry, not sorry? |
