I wasn't quite sure about Big O last time I watched a bit of it, but I do like what it was trying to do, so I should probably give it another try.

Agreed on King Gainer. Had the same fluctuating reaction to Brain Powered, might use this as an excuse to re-watch it. |

I hope they release the Blu-ray for Big-O 1 & 2. I'd that and S-Cry-Ed. Did I miss it or no one got Planetes?

I think Big O is due for a revisit for a lot of anime fans. I'm glad that Sentai has acquired the license for it, and I really wish they would release a BD (the screencaps I've seen of the Japanese BDs look great). |

It's been a while since the Japanese set was released, so I don't see any reason why Sunrise wouldn't allow them to put it on BD. |

I'm hopeful here as well. Although I'll hold off getting excited until it's actually confirmed. The Japanese companies have always been unpredictable when it comes to BDs. |

I would be surprised by a dub. I was surprised that Bandai managed to get the last disk of the series out before closing their doors. With all the Bandai license rescues, I had hoped that Sentai would pick up Turn-A Gundam (I doubt sales of it would support a dub --- which, if I'm correct in that, rules out Funimation picking it up). |

^ You never know. Sentai produces dubs for so much of their stuff, minus their really obscure titles (and there are lots of 'em). Plus Turn A isn't terribly long. If Sentai can dub all of Golgo 13, they can dub that.

Considering it already has a Blu-ray version, that might've already happened. [EDIT: Fixed your tags and used the correct spelling of "Blu-ray." -TK] |

Welp, there goes the market for the Gainer singles. Guess they didn't want anything to compete with the Dunbine ones for most ridiculous aftermarket prices.
