So it wasn't from something I'd seen before. Thank goodness.

next quote. I'm using the English dialogue, but the subtitles say almost the exact same thing.
Character A: How Horrible! C got a boring death!
Character B: Nah, take a closer look. He's twitching like a bug

hint # 1 Character C is a ninja
Hint # 2 C is a genuinely nice guy and will go out of his way to help others, no matter how mundane the task is. Despite all this, he's never had a girlfriend, something his female classmates like to poke fun at

Hint#3 earlier in the day, before the quote, C was on a date with the type of woman of his dreams: busty and blond
Hint #4 Character B was also on a date, while their friends were busy fighting the students of Oxford Academy all over London

Character A is Tomo and Character B is Tori. They are referring to the fact that Tenzo just got beaten up by the Oxford University students. Anime is Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere.

From the sub
Character A: You're looking as lovely as ever, Character C my dear.
Character B: She's our superior officer.
Character A: I'm a man, she's a woman.
Character C: No, I'm an adult, and you're a horny child.

This is from Valvrave the Liberator. A is H-Neun, B is X-Eins, and C is Kriemhild. I don't really remember the context aside from H-Neun hitting on Kriemhild as a joke.
I pass if I'm correct.

Accepting the pass. I suspect this won't last long. From the official sub.
Excuse me, Mr Bull. Open up wide. Bon appetit.
*Things happen*
Looks like my formula was a bit too strong.

You have it down pat. Your turn, Furudanuki.
In a fansub I have she calls him Mr Cow. What's the actual Japanese?

She calls him Ushi-san. Ushi is the generic term for cattle and doesn't imply a specific gender. Frankly I think calling him "Mr. Cow" is more amusing, especially considering the speaker. Technically meushi is used for female cattle and oushi for males, but I haven't run across those words very often. There are a few episodes of Gin no Saji (Silver Spoon) that I am going to have to go back and re-watch to see if they use the more specific words there.
