While my first RightStuf sale purchase has yet to happen, when I stopped in at work today to get something (I work at a movie store now, btw, so much better than a convenience store), there was a sale that beat my employee discount. So, for under $10 (including tax), I walked out with a complete DVD/Blu-ray combo pack of Black Lagoon, something I've been meaning to check out for a while (all used blu-rays under $29.99 were suddenly $8.99+tax for the weekend, and you bet I looked for other anime! lol)

I got something pretty cool today. Dragon Box 2, the box is a bit beat on the bottom, but discs and booklet? Like new!

Small 1st purchase from the Righstuf Holiday Sale

So happy I am finally able to own such a surprisingly enjoyable little series that I had really low expectations for when I began watching. |

First RightStuf purchase. It's hardly all that I want, but I'm also terrified that a daily deal will come along that I really want and I'll have nothing to add to it for free shipping, thus, screwing myself over unnecessarily. Also, each purchase is another entry for free gift card money from them. And I can still easily make free shipping no prob when the time comes.

Today I went to the comic shop and received nothing. I was informed that Diamond did not ship any manga to them this week. Apparently they ship manga and other digest sized books only every other week now. Bummer.
