Well the link certainly didn't work for me; the website loaded, but said I needed a license. I clicked to get one, to no avail.
It must be for Japanese only...I would have liked to see it, even if I couldn't understand it...

I am getting the same thing. License acquisition pops up but the "accept" button never appears. If anyone could figure a way around this, please post it! Thanks!

I got the license without any trouble, but the entire thing was very choppy for me....

I'm using Windows Media Player 9 set to automatically accept DRM licenses, and the streaming video played flawlessly for me here in Florida.
Regrettably the Sin in the Rain OVA is now online from Gyao, but it's limited to Japanese IP addresses only. |

Well, I have Media Player 10 and there is no mention of DRM licenses in Help, nor any menu (that I could find) to fix it!
