The marathon will feature episodes 26 thru 29. It's that simple. It's only 2 hours because they are showing Transformers Cybertron, Dragonball Z, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and Justice League Unlimited this week. They can't pre-empt the 7 PM slot, and they just want to finish JLU so just enjoy the episodes. It's not like YTV will be that far ahead any way because they did air Zatch Bell two of the weeks instead of Naruto.

This is why i purchase anime, because I hate waiting one week per episode. We just got those 3 episodes, and all it did was introduce a bad guy... nothing else just introduce this guy in a girl skin. And everyone already knowing what will happen and puttign Orichamaru, or whatever his name is, is just a spoiler and screwing it up for the rest of us who haven't seen it. they probably won't even say his name until the next episode.
Did you guys notice that the second new episode re-capped the first new episode for the first 5 minutes of the show? We saw the end of episode 27 in the beginning of episode 28 right before the commercial break. Great way of wasting 5 minutes of Naruto you buttholes.

Naruto always had way too many flashbacks and recaps for my taste. I guess the target audience has serious ADD or something.

For whatever reason the target audience is willing to tolerate a show that recaps, in great detail, what happened seconds earlier.
Example:
Naruto punches someone.
10 seconds of reaction shots from everyone watching the fight.
Sakura: "What kind of punch was that?! Such power!"
Kakashi: "Well Sakura, that was a Chinpo no Ooki punch, and it's a very advanced technique...
5 minutes later they're done explaining the one punch, and then the fight goes on for another 5 minutes, and then the episode ends with no resolution.

No wonder people always compare this show to Dragonball Z. I would too if they keep pulling crap like that. I mean there is a large amount of episodes and fights that don't go anywhere and last several episodes.
Naruto is the new generation's Dragonball Z.

The audience in Japan is pretty much young boys, so yeah, they do tend to have ADD.

Well, some like shows where Brawl Dude A hits Brawl Dude B/Monster/Alien/Thing as hard as they can and visa versa, and some like shows where the men poop flowers. Sure, it doesn't take much brain power to watch Dragonball Z or Naruto, but when you get sick and tried of men that act more girly then the girls, atleast brainless action is always there.
