What a coincidence, I Just finished watching the trilogy yesterday afternoon.

I hope Houston likes gore and bad CG because the remake is missing a lot from the original series. Just enjoy the flying body parts and unabashed coital uinterruptus. But really you can just watch HBO instead.

I agree completely. HBO is fantastic. Smile

This is the second year in a row that the Alamo has shown a major anime showing at the same time as Houston's Oni-Con Anime convention.

Last year it was the Madoka movies (which I had to miss since I won't miss the convention).

And now these movies…

At least they have a Sunday showing so hopefully I can make that one.

I wonder though if this is being done on purpose. If so, I think it's bad idea as it only dilutes the crowd that could be going to watch the show.

Cool, anime in my city! Less cool, I swore I wouldn't touch Berserk until the author finished it! Even less cool than that, nobody who likes Berserk seems to like the movie!

Waiting until Miura finishes Berserk to start it is the silliest idea ever because hell will probably freeze over first or he will die before that. Just do yourself a favor and read the manga now.
