WOW! Look at how almost nothing at all changed during cutscenes! That's totally worth buying this unbalanced/glitchy game that they feel like doesn't need any patch work despite having very basic issues they could have resolved long ago.
Obviously working on this took to much of their time!
(sigh)
It sucks that the storm series turned out like this. The only decent thing in this is the Itachi and Sasuke vs Kabuto fight. Most people already have all those costumes. Why are they saying they are bring new? The DLC price for people who already own the game needs to be a most 10 bucks. Anything higher than that is complete BS.

I honestly see no point in this. Its the exact same game. Those cut-scenes are identical. Why would someone buy this if they own storm 3? The extra boss fight is available separately anyway.
On a slightly different tangent, I feel like they should focus on the game mechanics. Characters are unbalanced, frame-rate drops are consistent and little glitches within move-sets are abused online. This game is broken even compared to generations.
I feel like cc2 needs to go back to doing .hack rpg's or at the very least go back to the 2D fighters like the narutimate ninja series on the ps2.

Wait, am I misunderstanding that article? Is Kabuto the ONLY new character in this "upgrade"? Seriously?

It's the first time it's being released on PC. No need to go "wtf is this."
Instead of only updating it for a PC release, they're putting it out again on consoles too. AAA titles do this all the time as "Game of the Year"-type editions.
