I really did enjoy Bleach a lot until it went super downhill after the rescue Rukia arc. But I still read both it and Naruto not because I think they're great, but because I've already invested this much time in them I may as well see it through to the end. I guess the colossal asspulls in the plot are entertaining in their own way.

THAT WAS PERFECT!!!
Ahh, that awesome Bleach dis.
However, IMO the Bleach WAS a great anime adaptation. It just had some really crappy source material.

It's not like Bleach is any worse than Naruto.

Ha, I love it.
I think I like the Pokemon one a bit more. I think every kid that played Pokemon wished, on some level, that they could be real, so I say that was a hilarious kick to a dead childhood dream. And I enjoyed it.

You know, I think the only reason why people hate Bleach is because Kubo can't pace a weekly manga to save his life. It's a fun read if you do it volume-by-volume. If all I got was one chapter a week, though, I'd probably hate it.

So what is your definition of a never ending series?
Magi is still a relatively young series; only about 200 chapters of the manga and they're in their second 13 episode anime season.

Magi's first season was two cours and the currently-airing second season will also be (at least) two cours as well.

At least they knew what they were taking about. Bleach isn't that bad though. I loved the part about shinji and goku. This was probably my fav out of the anime parodies they have done

Hilarious stuff otherwise. |
No, the IDEA of Bleach is better than 90% of the anime they churn out these days. You seem to forget that the Bleach lasted longer than 90 episodes...
Like Alfred says in The Dark Knight, "you either get cancelled while you're still a good series, or you stay on the air long enough to become a parody of yourself."

No need to take it personal.
Those shows that are absurdly long with without an obvious desire to end. I know magi is short, but it doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. While it does have a better put story than most of the others, it doesn't seem to want to end. Be mindful of the fact that I dropped it a while ago, so I don't know what's going on now. And I was talking about the manga not anime.

Quote: | Fox's Animation Domination High-Def (ADHD) posted what can only be called a tribute to some of anime's greatest superpowers... all cobbled into one guy. He's "Ultimate Anime Hero," and not only can he transform into a Titan, but he also carries around a Death Note, uses alchemy like Fullmetal Alchemist's Edward Elric, has a bionic leg, drives a robot... you get the idea. |
You mean, that Fox's CN-wannabes have never heard of anime that didn't show on Cartoon Network?
(So, Light is a "hero" for carrying the Death Note? Okay, I'll mark that down for future reference.)
