Akaname does have a point, and I hadn't thought about that when I answered. Non-contiguous quotes are generally only allowed when what's in between does not involve dialogue or does involve short, spoilerrific content in between. Let's definitely stay away from this in the future.
And yes, that same second line is used in both places in the series, which by standard rules means either answer would have had to be accepted.
Anyway, next quote, from the dub:
"Well, that was nice. You're not so bad after all. You just dress bad."

Is this Nakamura speaking to Kasuga in an earlier(ish)episode of Flowers of Evil?
Edit: This doesn't even have a dub, does it??? Sorry, I will pay more attention in the future.

Your ruling has been assimilated.

You and me both. Which just proves that over-analysing (ouch) doesn't help much.

Akaname was, of course, incorrect, and for the reason stated.
Hint #1: This statement was probably meant to be ironic, since few characters in anime history could rival the addressee's flair for sharp dress.

Gods, this totally slipped my mind this afternoon, so the third clue (if needed) will come much faster.
Hint #2: Conversations between the speaker and the addressee are almost always one-sided, with the addressee typically only speaking if he want the speaker to do something.

Hint #3: This comment is made in response to the addressee honoring a promise that was made decades earlier about visiting the grave of a fellow combatant.

I'm gonna take a "bite" at it:
Is this from Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust? The speaker would be D's Left Hand (does it have a better name?), the addressee is D himself, and the grave belongs to Leila.
D is honouring the promise he made to Leila decades ago that he would visit her grave, so even if no-one else remembered her at least one person would. Thankfully, she had a big funeral with lots of family members in attendance, and D got to speak with her granddaughter.
One of the few scenes that I accurately remember from that movie.

Pun aside, the answer is completely correct. It is, in fact, the final line of dialogue from the movie.
Had the last hint been needed, it would have been the speaker and addressee are literally inseparable.
Open turn.

I had used a line from that scene before, so me not placing that really sucks.

Hey, don't defang my pun; I spent twenty whole minutes working on it. I mean, it was practically bleeding with effort.

This is Amanojaku from Ghost Stories giving an ending monologue at the end of the episode where the kids fight the ghosts from the mirror world.
