Majin: The only incentive for a physical release is if it sells well enough in digital to justify one.

My reaction too.

When I was looking over legit online manga sites, eManga had the best reader ... but nothing on the site I wanted to read with it. Now they've jumped from the "no manga I want to read" category, passing right over over the Crunchyroll titles in the "kind of interested in" category, straight into the "must read" category.

Now if they could rescue two more JManga series I hadn't finished, Poor Poor Lips and Kimi ni Tamenara Shineru.
