There have been persistent rumours about Nintendo releasing some sort of health related hardware, presumably building off that vitality sensor thing they showed a while back and then never mentioned again. So, not something that's going to be replacing the Wii U or probably even videogame related in the traditional sense.

Which might be a smart move, actually. They had a lot of success targeting the same market with WiiFit and Brain Age and I guess the thinking is that this could be a similar fad that will financially bolster the WiiU until they can figure out what to do with it or replace it.
