What about Nozaki/Ken?

I'm all in favour of it, though i suppose it would be Ken/Nozaki. I wouldn't mind a threesome with Maeno either... Wink

It's fine if you don't; it's certainly a fan-pairing, driven by "Mikorin sometimes blushes around her so maybe he'd grow to like her that way". Then you can argue "but he blushes ALL the the time about everything". That part is true too.

Personally I prefer MikoChiyo because I feel he would appreciate her more as a girl and not an assistant.

AND IT'S CUTE. Good gawd, is that pairing moe.... Embarassed

Nope, me too. I've liked this pairing ever since Mikorin first showed up. Very Happy

I really like Chiyo and Mikorin as friends, though I suppose if by some miracle she gave up on Nozaki something more could work. She is the only girl Mikoshiba can have an actual conversation with (Kashima is, for all intents and purposes, another guy). He can be himself with her.

At first I thought he was going to get paired off with Yuzuki because pairing the leads' best friends is a typical development. I was unaware of Wakamatsu's existence until he was introduced. Usually a cast like this will be an equal number of boys and girls so everyone can get paired off but poor Mikorin is left out in the cold~

Episode 12/Finale:

I'm rating this as very good. It was a cute and charming show until the very end with the spoiler[fireworks and yutaka] in the latest episode.

Smile

I would not mind if this gets a second season someday.

Lol at Mikorin spending the festival buying 300 yen anime toys. Also who was the guy in the white shirt that stopped and looked at the camera after Seo and Waka ran past him at 21:45?

I laughed quite a bit at Mikoshiba and his toy-stuffed sleeves as well.

And the very ending bit...was such a tease. But really, given how the show has played out, I shouldn't have expected anything different.

This was by far my favourite show of the season - and it wasn't even on my radar before the preview guide.

Very fun series. You'd think every show knows how to do fireworks now, but the fireworks here were especially pretty somehow. I liked that long, slow fade to sparkles of the last big one before The Moment.

Do we know why Nozaki was so bandaged up during their first meeting? It looked like someone had tried to strangle him! I can't remember if he mentioned it in a flashback about his editor or not.

Best series this season, at least from the one I've watched and none of the one I didn't have much positive noise around them.

Really glad they made the smart move to stick to comedy for most of it.
