Nice! I definitely appreciate the larger size and higher quality paper and color inserts as some (maybe most?) of the omnibusses cheap out in these areas. I hope they release them all quickly too. I'd buy all 15 at once if they were available.

Great news. Just a few days ago I was thinking about how much I wish there was an omnibus release of this manga.

How about no. The first half of this series is good (not great, just good). then it gets worse and worse then fizzles out. Avoid.

Been thinking about starting it, but omnibuses sure help for longer series like this!

This was a no-brainer. I just wonder what kind of release they're going to have for the last volume. They really should make it special, like have Fujishima take fan questions or something.

Lann: Yeah, I feel for ya. But it has picked up again around the 30s. I'm just glad that he didn't milk it endlessly like he could have.

Typical, they would announce it after I finally start buying the individual volumes Smile

Slightly more seriously, great news especially if the paper quality is better and a slightly larger format.

I think I'll hold off on Volume 13 and instead start getting the omnibus editions.

As long as each volume's individual color cover art is kept intact, that's nice. I'm reading AMG right now and I think the paper stock is fine.

I thought exactly the same thing on Friday after randomly thinking about rewatching the anime.

Cool.

I've always been curious about this one, and it getting an omnibus release makes me more inclined to jump for it.

Good god, what does the page count end up being on this monster? I flaked out somewhere in the mid-90s, when Dark Horse was still publishing it flipped L2R. I can't imagine taking the time to start over and read the whole damn thing.

I've been wanting to read this series for awhile now, especially since it recently got an ending! So omnibus format should help with that!

There are currently 45 volumes out in the US. The later volumes are shorter than the first 15 or so but are about 150 pages long. So your looking at 7000 pages plus. I can give a better figure when I have some time.

Figures. I've already bought 1/3 of the series in individual volumes. I usually don't prefer omnibuses because of their size, but since this will have more colored pages and better paper (and hopefully a cover art gallery) I'll probably make the switch to the omnibuses.

Well that cool but the only thing I hate about omnibus is that there hard to find bins for them
