It is a "genuinely" good series. Perhaps you just don't like Pokemon? I don't see anything wrong with the anime. The first XY movie also looks pretty interesting and I'm eagerly awaiting it to be subbed.

Give me a break. I just wish the anime wasn't as childish and cheesy was all. I don't think you need to rush to conclusions about things, buddy.

Pocket Monsters is a children's franchise. Calling it childish as an insult doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
