Welp, they are really trying to make spoiler[Aftokrator look like badasses although their abilities back ups some of their tough talk. Good to see Chika fight back a little too. I wish this arc gave her more screen time though. Konami on the other hand kicked some major booty!] |

I find it's oddly satisfying to watch characters who are justifiably confident in their abilities without being blowhards about it, calmly and competently performing their jobs. I know that the dramerz usually requires the unexpected to happen so the heroes have to face setbacks and get stronger or whatever, but I'm really enjoying this battle now that the fighters who know what they're doing are involved.
Not sure if I explained that very well. It's like they're all, "Don't worry, we've got this," without being smug or condescending about it. It's comforting. I like it.

Chika found some serious courage.
Getting a grip like that was very impressive! Mod Rabits are pretty dangerous enemies. So the Rabits weren't good enough anymore.. The spoiler[real players] have entered the battlefield. Our guys have been using spoiler[Bail Out quite a lot since new enemies showed up.] spoiler[The level of difficulty has gone quite up!] |

Episode 26:
The spoiler[hearing ability] as described this week seems like something that can be quite useful. Kinda curious to see what other Black Triggers will be introduced into this show as well considering the enemies also has them. And also, the spoiler[future doesn't seem bright for Osamu huh? I'm expecting perhaps a counterattack soon]. Should be fun. |

It feels like the best abilities to use against the trigger holder Neighbours would be stealth since the ability seem to be something mostly developed on Earth.

Those black bastards were in for a surprise! Good coordination was essential. Very intense situations indeed. Great episode! |

Hell, spoiler[now that's what I call a bit of teamwork. I guess Aftokrator's Lamvanein or whatever his name is didn't see that coming. And finally, we got a new theme song after the half way mark for this series!] I like the previous theme song better though. |

Things aren't looking good at all..
Those horned humanoid enemies powers are amazing. Our guys have nothing near that level. C-Rank agents are in some serious danger.. Getting rid of black cape guys is not gonna be easy. |

Oh goodie, spoiler[Jin and Yuma arrived just in time now]. Business is about to pick up and I hope they can bring out the true potential of that Visa guy tbh. I'm curious since he seems to have a lot of experience in combat but not sure about the true extent of his abilities yet.

I don't know if we've ever discussed this before, but does anyone have any idea what the significance of playing the OP (roughly) half way through an episode is? I'm not sure I've ever seen a show do that before. For streaming, it doesn't really matter, but it must seem odd to Japanese viewers who are watching this on TV.
Anyway, looks like we are getting close to the climax of this particular battle. Should be good! |

I've wondered if it might have to do with odd air times (I don't know if they still do, but they use to start some shows at like 9:38 or 10:52 or something, or maybe it was only late-night shows that were weird like that), so that the OP came around the time other shows were starting.
But now I think it's most probably because of the long expository openings and they're afraid that if they drop the credit OP in next to that, people will get bored and change channel. Maybe that's what happened when the series first started and the animation and padding was so bad to boot (the middle OP's didn't start until halfway through the season, I think?) and they took action to try to stop that. I'm so glad that Jin and Yuma have finally arrived to the battle. I've really been wanting to see them go at it. |
