That is a ton of stuff for June. I had forgotten about that creepy women's wrestling show. I do not plan to buy anything from this slate, but I hope Funimation releases Noragami and the Steins;Gate movie on July.

Wa-wait, what's this Funimation? You're actually doing a Premium Edition of this series? How did you know I wanted this? How did you know every time I looked at my shelves and saw my BD releases of Soul Eater that I lamented that I didn't have a Premium Edition of it in a nice hard-shell box? Are you a mind-reader, Funimation? Can you read my mind right now? Do you hear my HELL YES from all the way over here? You want my money? You want my money? HERE TAKE IT! TAKE ALL OF IT! THIS IS ONLY THE THIRD SOUL EATER RELEASE I'VE BOUGHT FROM YOU. This is my Dragon Ball Z, Funimation. My wallet might as well be glued to your hands at this point. I will put Priority 1 on this baby over buying new releases, because common sense, WTF IS THAT? Stamp "STUPID" across my forehead and call me a sucker.

Of course, if there's no hard-shell box, then you can probably write off everything I've written above. Maybe. I'll have to see how nice that artbook is. (Please give me a box).

But don't worry, I'm still buying these from you as well. Because it's only money, and you've already got your hands glued to my wallet, so why not?

^ Typo on my part on the Soul Eater BD PE run time (should be 1176 minutes). Sorry about that.

I guess we can give up on ever seeing Sacred Blacksmith on Blu-Ray over here, now that it's hit SAVE. I'm fine with the current DVD-only release, but no doubt others are not.

On the flip side, it's notable that OniAi's SAVE is going Blu-Ray-only when its initial release was BD/DVD combo. I don't know that this has ever happened before, though it's definitely more heartening and forward-looking than "DVD/BD combo at first, DVD-only SAVE."

Awww, does that mean Ping Pong is not getting a box? Me sad Sad

I think its the only thing on this list that I really want. Interesting that they are giving Soul Eater the PE treatment. I didn't see a limit on quantity like Darker than Black.

I'll definitely go for Tokyo Ravens Part 2, other than that, nothing else for June.

Cecily and Aria in HD would be a wonderful sight, but sadly I can't bring myselft to care very much about the show itself. Very beautiful female characters though I gotta' give it that. Anime catgrin

Definitely will pick up Ping Pong. Glad Yuasa finally got a series he directed released over here in the States.

Anyone here watch Ping Pong the Animation? Have possible interest in wanting to snag up the title assuming it is any good.

It's very good. I've heard that the source material was good in the first place, so I'm uncertain how much of it is just Yuasa doing a straight adaptation and how much is his own flare (beyond just the animation). But the development of the characters is really, really well done. I'd rank it as one of the best shows of 2014 and arguably my favorite Yuasa show (it's tied with Tatami Galaxy).

I loved it, but many people were turned off by the art style and some dropped it after the first episode. If you are not bothered by sketchy and expressionistic art then I'd say go for it. If you are hesitant you could take a look at a few clips on YouTube.

Yup, as Willag said, if it's got a nice box (and hopefully some nice extras) totally triple-dipping on Soul Eater for the Premium Edition, love that show so much.

Gonna be an expensive month. Also definitely picking up Nobunagun, Ping-Pong, Soul Eater Not, Neptunia, and Tokyo Ravens part 2.

Awesome to see one of the Yuasa shows finally coming out.

Yeah Wink I think I'd probably end up caving and double-dip for the visuals on blu-ray lol.
