No. These specials aren't canon to the TV anime. It will probably be a one shot tie in to Pokemon ORAS.

May always had a doppelganger. She was based on the female version of the Ruby and Sapphire playable character.

Separate universe much like Origins and that B2W2 anime short. Dunno if Haruka's VA is able to do a cameo in the main anime or not...

I will miss this Haruka, who didn't look like a 10 year old, even though she is 10.

Let me guess. This short special is going to be way better then the long animated adaptations of the games. That's what I imagine people would thinking when this is broadcasted. It was like that when trailer for Black and White 2 aired. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it, but I would have to wait for someone to translate it.

Haruka of Omega Ruby/Apha Sapphire is the same Haruka from the original Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald games. She just has a redesign. So there's no need to miss her (unless what you meant was you were going to miss her original design in which case disregard what I just said) . Also to add, from looking at bulbapedia her age is not mention unlike with the case of Red who's age is mention in his profile (in fact it seems that Red is the only main protagonist from the main games to have his age shown on his profile), so her actual age is, at least I would say, left to ones imagination. For me personally, I like to think that Haruka is at least around 12 or 13 years old. The same can be said for Yūki whom also looks to be around 12 or 13.

She announced her return to voice acting somewhat recently, saying she isn't perfect, but she intends to get back to her old self soon with practice. Considering how important the Haruka role was for her in the anime, it's the perfect time for her to return for a bit. Maybe it'll end up being something like Hikari's return in Best Wish Second Season.

If we go by The Origin's failure, then people will actually hate the game adaptions and prefer the proper anime.

Hmm..Pokémon Origin failed? That's news to me. From what I've seen its been successful (or at least it's gotten good praise with the only main problem that kept being brought up was that the story was too short) and that they are even making a sequel for it. Plus the main anime series are also adaptions of the games, so they are not separate from Origin as you apply. That is unless you differentiating them on the grounds that the main anime series have taken more liberties than Origin.

By failure I mean it's TV ratings were below the main anime's and the disk sales were poor as well. For all the people who insisted it was going to dethrone the main anime and prove that everyone wants an anime with Red and the game characters it didn't lend itself to that position.

Yeah, I made my comment pretty simple to interpret(keyword:"this" Haruka). Well, it was stated when Black and White were coming out that the MC's were visually around 16 years old, and then mentioned around 14 years old than in previous games, so with the visual part taken into consideration, they could be at least 10 years old.

In terms of their expectations, though, it fared better than they had predicted, so I wouldn't be surprised if they did it again. In the first place, it was partially a test for their new animation style alongside Production I.G. (which they carried into the main anime) and partially a passion project with a lower budget meant to more or less appeal to the older audiences who remembered the first games, much like a lot of the young staff who had grown up with them. It was shown at a slightly more bizarre time than Pokemon usually aired, too, so they must not have been as concerned about its ratings.
