Easy there. An anime about deafness and bullying (A Silent Voice) has only just been announced.

It'll take a while before anime gets into this cancer filled romance.

Or am I being too harsh?

Full Moon o Sagashite? Don't get me wrong, it's waaaay different from The Fault in Our Stars, but they're both cancer love stories. And both excellent, though I'm not sure that's related, haha.
