It must be kind of weird to design characters for a One Piece movie, considering Eiichiro Oda has such an unusual art style compared to normal manga and anime. It took a long time for the guys at Toei to get it right, and even now, it's easy to distinguish filler characters not designed by Oda from characters who are.
