2 things.
1. We don't change actions by other mods.
2. Rule 8a says: "Moderators have the right to lock, delete or modify any post at any time for any reason." That gives us some wriggle room with what we do.

Actually, since the new Mods have been assigned, I haven't touched a single over-quoted post (meaning no deletions). So, I guess I can just take heed of what everyone else is doing and not worry about having to delete, anymore.
Easy fix.

Tony, I added a section for users under 100 posts who get the 1 free warning. That way we don't have to remember who has or has not gotten the one free mulligan for being new and having under 100 posts. Then if they do it again they get moved to the actual Wall. I trust that's ok?
