Nope.

I'm guessing the parts and limited quantity are reasons. It is expensive for my price range too, lol!

It's an Asian ball-jointed doll (something sadly not specified in the article). And IoS is a two-person artist shop. The cost to sculpt, mold, cast, and face up one of the regular runs for that size -- about 42-45 cm -- run a few hundred dollars. Now add the cost of a licensed product, the special eyes that had to be created for his pact seal, the clothing -- which usually runs the same cost as human clothes whether mass produced or couture -- and accessories and the cost is pretty dead on.

I've seen art dolls smaller that cost as much and more.

It's not a collector hobby to enter into lightly, so if you're just a really big Black Butler fan, but not really into bjd, I'd look for other figures too.

If you're into dolls, and curious about bjds, but $1000 is too big of a starting point, there are plenty of dolls out there that collectors have felt represented Ciel. Not look like necessarily, but for them reflected his personality. You can always then commission someone to make his outfits. Or just find a doll that speaks to you for other reasons.
