So glad to see the full outfit! Cant wait for the color schemes to be shown, hopefully the first chapter can be a color one! =)
My only question is r we officially going with Salad as her name? I sorta expected we would call her Salada, I mean I know Boruto is pronounced Bolt because its the polite way to speak, but I wasnt sure what was decided about Sarada/Salada/Salad ? |

As for Salad's name...uhh... OTL... Not sure who to blame? Kishimoto-Sensei? or...bad naming choice on Sakura and Sasuke's part hahaha...*sweatdrop*... Well, if anything, it at least still sounds nice in Japanese. "Sarada..." compared to english, where they might assume it as "Salad"... =/ |

Bleh, Boruto just looks like a second-hand Naruto. I fail to see how this is going to be interesting in the least.
The movie should have been centered around his sister instead. |

It seems all this is doing is reinforcing the idea that Naruto is a terrible parent. Not a great way to represent him.

Yeah, going with "Boruto" and "Salad" is kinda inconsistent. (And for the uninformed, "sarada" is the Japanese word for "Salad". It's not just a guess from the phonetics)
My impression of Boruto from the epilogue chapter is that he was rather like Konohamaru, rebelling because his dad is Hokage. But as for his character design... does he have any of Hinata's genetics at all? One would hope he could at least use Byakugan, but he doesn't have the eyes. Sarada on the other hand looks like perfect combination of Sasuke and Sakura. |

At Naruto and Hinata had more time together that I could consider it romantic but Sasuke and Sakura is the opposite. Yes, they had a lot of interaction in Part I, but I don't really see enough to warrant them getting shipped together.

Her official name in the Viz translation is Sarada. Salada is just people failing at translation. Salad is people doing the equivalent of rendering Naruto's name as "Fishcake". And doing that when a reference to the Hindu name Sarada is more likely. |

Wow, Yamashita Hiroyuki is one of the series' best animators and episode directors. It's awesome to see he is directing this film, although it will probably mean nobody will have time to work on the TV series until October. :p
