Those mecha suits somehow remind me of Infinite Stratos. On top of that, the artwork is really captivating. I've no doubt that I'm going to have fun watching Hundred. Smile

Yay more generic LN adaptations. Didn't really care much for Bahamut but I found Hundred to be enjoyable. Hopefully with this a new translator will pick up Hundred since I think the group that did its first volume dropped it.

Well... Infinite Stratos' anime adaptation aired in 2011, this LN series began publishing in late-2012. Not to say that Hundred is directly copying Infinite Stratos, but it is possible.

A favorite trope among LN-based anime seems to be the harem genre but what makes it so appealing beyond the T&A is subjective.

Just sturgeon's law at work once again. This will just be another one of those shows that I'll look and roll my eyes at when I'm going over the charts each season to pick out the 3-4 shows that I'll give a shot.

Mod Warning: Calling fans brain damaged for liking certain shows is not allowed. You can dislike the types of anime and ongoing trends as much as you want and complain about those things in particular, but don't insult other people.

Thanks.

Another generic harem looking series that will be forgotten once the anime ends. Must be a day that ends in y.

When is anime industry gonna hit the sequel/reboot phase that Hollywood is going through?

I'm enjoying most of the harem shows.. I almost know what I'll get so it's fine. (Seiken Tsukai no World Break was really funny (Hi, I'm going to fight the russians to collect more girls for the harem) *laughs*

What's worse is actually if they turn anime adaptations for visual novels into harem shows for no reason.. *sighs*

okay, I know I'm not the target audience, but can we stop with the super detailed shots of camel toe? Especially in non-hentai stuff? I used to think that all the permanenty-hard nipples were bad, but clearly there was much worse to come. I mean, it's fine in hentai, whatever, but why is it so common in run of the mill fanservice shows?

With manga ended (yeah, waaaaay too short) and LN still continues (I think), I'll finally watch the anime that may go beyond the manga version.

That what surprised me - the manga ended after only 13 chapters (with the usual "And Their Fight Continues On" type of ending), so I was sure this series wasn't moving enough units.
