For a while now I have not been able to view images in the seasonal preview guides, they are just blank boxes. I thought it was my computer or web browser, but I eventually tried to view the pages on different computers and with different browsers.
I usually use Chrome, Chrome Version 42.0.2311.135, and have tried it on Explorer, IE 11.0.9600.17801. I haven't noticed this issue with any other sites. Is there an issue with the site or is it a problem on my end? |

I assume the images you don't see are the screenshots that go with each review. You see no images at all? Do you see the rating stars? When you tried on the different computers / browsers, you had the same result every time, right ? We're you connected to the same network in those cases? Are you on a school network or corporate network ? Does this image load ?

Yes, the images that go with each review don't show up. The one you posted in your response doesn't show up and the one in the link didn't load.
The stars at top of the review pages do show up. I have tried on different devices, with different browsers and on different networks. Home networks, public and I tried on my work network. What did happen when you clicked on the link? Did you get an error message? |

There was no error message. The page is completely blank in Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I'm using IE 11 and I can see the graphics without any problem. It is probably not your browser and not the site. You might want to check your security settings in both your browser and in your antivirus program.

This is really weird. To confirm: Different networks Different browsers different computers It seems to be a problem with you, as no one else is reporting it, but if the problem is being duplicated on multiple devices, it is very strange. Have you tried this link: animenewsnetwork.com/thumbnails/max300x600/cms/preview-guide/87001/nbbb.jpg on more than one device / network ? Is there anything in common between your sessions on the different devices such as: 1) Logged into Chrome and using the same Chrome profile 2) Logged into ANN 3) Logged into a VPN or Proxy 4) Using the same anti-adware or privacy software ? |
