I really don't like how the flame is constantly dissipating from Charmander's tail, particularly when it's moving. Neutral

That IS a weird oversight, to not have a flame constantly at the tip of its tail. Maybe the person who made the 3-D models didn't know that it's more like a candle and less like a gas pipe.
