Pikachu giving Charizard the stunner is the hypest thing I've seen this year.

Recently gave Pokken a shot since I'm in Tokyo for TGS. Both Pikachu and Masked Pika need major reworking. They have the advantage of being short so taller characters like Blaziken can't hit with a lot of attacks. Both have moves that can't be broken despite a wind up to them and aren't even considered special attacks.
