Yet another way in which Bakuman is incredibly close to real life. This reminds me of the fate of Tarou Kawaguchi (AKA. Nobuhiro Mashiro) in that series.
It's an incredibly young death for Mr. Miyata. I've never read any of his manga, but judging from the picture in the article, maybe I should just on the virtue of his artwork.

A cerebral hemorrhage at any age sucks... and to die so young sucks even more...
I did not know of the man or his works before this article, but RIP nonetheless.

That's a horrible way to go. I haven't read any of his works but 34 is way too young in any day and age. RIP.

2015 is indeed a depressing year with so many deaths of great people occurring, some of them too soon.
R.I.P. Mr. Miyata-san. You and your manga shall not be forgotten.

Perhaps there's a private service, and then a public one for the fans? I think a lot of countries do that with bigger celebrities.

Life just isn't fair sometimes. Far too young. I think that it is very nice that the family is extending an invitation to fans of his works to express their appreciation by attending the funeral vigil. They probably realize how much his fans meant to him.

A Cerebral Hemorrhage is the long term for a Stroke. A stroke can occur at any age but is more common amongst ages over 40. The usual cause is high blood pressure which can have many different and accumulated causes some being a high fat, high salt diet, aggrevated stress, and obesity. However hypertension can be a genetic defect as well, passed on from generation to generation. So someone as apparently healty looking like him can have high blood pressure. Having to meet tight deadlines couldn't have helped either.
A sad loss to his family and friends and to manga. May He Rest In Peace.
