INTEREST: Canada's Official Twitter Account Asks: 'Which Pokémon is the Most Canadian?'

Sinnoh always felt like the Canadian region to me. It is the Northern region and even the landscape is reminiscent of Canada. Even it's shape, to an extent, reminds me of Canada (even though it's based on Japan).

There were a few Pokemon in 4th gen that could fit this description, but I think any deer/moose/rodent/wolf Pokemon would fit.

Sinnoh is actually based on Scandanavia, right down to its mythology. However, its shape is based on the island north of the Japanese mainland.

I thought Sinnoh was based on Hokkaido, and not only in its shape but its geography. (I wouldn't be surprised if it was also based on other regions though, considering every region introduced after Sinnoh is explicitly based on somewhere other than Japan.)

Guys lets be honest here, Snorlax is the most American Pokemon out there... thanks McDonalds. That aside Bidoof is the most Canadian, no doubt.

And not Slaking? 'Cause Slaking's got the advantage of Legendary-grade stats, meaning if you anger it, you're in deep trouble.

Slaking's just big then? It always looked kind of fat to me.
