Uh, there are 2 girls and 3 guys. Not sure where you're getting 3 girls from.

The current blue ranger, Yoshi Sudarso, knew his brother was auditioning for the role and was told he didn't land the part. During the cast introductions, the seven current rangers of cast were given cards to read so they could introduce the new cast members one at a time. Yoshi was given the card with his brother's name on it and completely broke down in tears. It was such a sweet moment to watch.
Power Ranger fans in general were happy, the guy's been auditioning since Megaforce and decided, regardless of results, this would be his last time trying out.
(also, Yoshi's actor had a cameo in Ninninger, the Japanese series Ninja Steel takes its footage from, and was saved by the blue ranger there. Be amusing if they keep that in)

Okay, at this point, a team up episode with the Dino Charge and Ninja Steel Rangers is mandatory. They can actually do it since "Dino Charge" hasn't been as reliant on Sentai footage as "Samurai" and "Megaforce."

When people say Asian they're usually referring to East Asian countries. Nobody really calls Arabs, Russians or Indians 'Asian' even if they are a part of Asia. Still though, it's kinda funny they're downplaying the ninja theme. Maybe they remembered how awkward Samurai was with western actors.
