I actually found her by accident looking up random GReeeeN songs and she covered a few. Her voice is really nice and I'm honestly glad she does this, including covering American songs in Japanese. :3

Oh it's her! I'm grateful that she translates English songs into Japanese because it allows other people to use her lyrics for covers. Someone I follow uses her lyrics to cover American pop songs with Gakupo and it's awesome~

she has a good voice but (like most JP songs) it doesnt really flow well in english

I really wish more songs were dubbed. All the fandubs are being hit by YouTube Red these days.

I saw this on twitter and unfortunately a lot of the Japanese comments were things like "this sounds really good, but her face...." or other things that were pretty mean. But I guess that is just the internet.

That's a beautiful cover. Love her voice. I'd like to buy a recording of her singing on a CD as soon as possible.

*off to Rocket News 24 and elsewhere to find out more*

EDIT:
All I found of note was her web page ( 渡辺レベッカ) which includes her YouTube music videos, Performance Schedule, History, etc.,

Wish her the best though, and will be keeping an eye out for that first CD.

That was a very beautiful English cover. Smile Rebecca has a very lovely voice. I subscribed to her channel.

So that explains why I'm having a hard time finding them. Yes, I wish more songs got English versions as well, particularly Japanese songs from Pokémon.
