Well Ro-Kyu-Bu became one of Dengeki Bunko's better selling series (though it didn't sell above 100k per volume at least it sold above 50k per volume average) thanks to the anime and both anime seasons sold well. I'm not surprised if the newest work is getting anime too. Tinkle is a famous illustrator so it's partly the reason why some people would follow these series.
