Not sure I understand. I'm not on very often.


He's referring to the OP doing fansub encodes.

On-topic, her last role was a supporting character in Baby Steps, which aired in spring 2014. Didn't most people think she'd already "retired"?

That would be her last anime role. Her actual last role is in Erakis ~Eien no Tou to Kishi no Monogatari~ game, released this year.

There are too many voice actresses and those new ones might've probly surpassed her milestone, kinda hurts a veterans pride truthfully and the market demand is obviously for the more popular seiyus, sooner or later many of those outcasts /unpopular female seiyus will also start dropping their hats
