Since BN Pictures are only known for making shows for children and families (anyone within the shounen demographic too), I won't be excited (though I secretly hope they surprise me).

they're not just aiming at kids anymore lol not with the rise of Gintama and this is Sunrise we're talking about it might surprise us, Bandai is also adapting Idolish7 which aims at female audience they have been trying different genres lately, maybe they want to join the ranks of Pierrot? And what's with the galore of original project announcements? Guess that it might be the influence of MAPPA just like how Ghibli old stuffs comebacks were influenced by Shinkai.

Maybe we will finally get a second season of Tiger & Bunny. Hiroaki Hirata the voice of Tiger tweeted in December that the cast was together so you will never know and he's going to be at Animazement in Raleigh, NC and I may ask him about that tweet when I go to his panel as I am going to that con.

so, sunrise just suddenly decided that they should not make any originals anymore like they always did before and instead decided to become a cashcow subsidiary for bandai company. Damn, miss their glorious days.
