about bloody time. been waiting for this for a long time now.

Ironically I was never a fan of this series when it first aired on Toonami. However I had a friend who was actually such a big fan of the series. He made bootleg Gundam Wing shirts using white Hanes white T-Shirts (the kind they sell in packs of four). Along with our school's silk printer and official Gundam Wing promotional art he found online through Netscape on our school's Internet nd than scanned into the printer system.

They looked awful after a couple washings but I always wondered what made someone so devoted to something I found so incredibly dull and uninteresting. Guess I'll see when this comes out I'll definitely be pre-ordering this on DVD as I've also pre-ordered the Manga Vertical is releasing as well and look forward to it.

There is nothing ironic in your first paragraph, although your second actually is ironic since you apparently care nothing for the show but go out of your way to preorder it and its manga out of the blue?

lol Gundam Wing.. the series that literally dragged me into anime back in the late 90's
I remember having to rewatch the run on toonami about 4 or 5 times because I would miss an episode and everyone kept switching teams and I'd be like wtf?

So gonna ask the obvious.. I own Bandai's original release of this.. yes I was young and stupid... what is Blu-ray going to bring to the table for a non HD anime? Besides a media format change?
