I just hit the "submit" button in error when switching to multi-input mode here. Despite the information box still being empty at that point, it saved and showed as there being one chapter title - which was invisible so can't be edited or deleted (without manually editing URLs). I expect I can remove it myself, but I will leave it as an example for now. ID is AI-2991567550.
