Ummm, Fate/Apocrypha doesn't take place in Fuyuki. It's not even in Japan. It's in Trifas, which is in Romania (Transylvania).

Let's not forget Kio of "Cat Planet Cuties" as his girlfriend is an alien catgirl. It's even funnier that his dub voice, Aaron Dismuke, was the original dubbed Alphonse Elric.
