This should be a straight forward split between an animator and a sound person, but it seems like the people in charge of credits can't agree on the animator's name... There are 2 spellings used for the given name, and another 2 for the family name, for a total of 4 combinations. It seems likely that this is 1 person, especially because 2 spellings show up in Hunter X Hunter, the only show with more than 2 credits. And based on Google hits, this seems like a pretty uncommon writing, like this animator is the only person with a Net presence with whichever writing is correct.
