I'm going to give Naoko Yamada a benefit of a doubt and check this movie out. Maybe she could handle Nozomi's and Mizore's character much better unlike in the TV series which was executed rather roughly.

Well I wouldn't say they were execute roughly, they just weren't given the focus to really flesh out their characters, which is why this film is a great idea. I'm sure Yamada will do an excellent job with the film and I'm super excited for it. I just don't understand, this is apparently that spin off film announced for Sound Euphonium, yet the title and artwork look nothing like it? What the wha?
