Hi,
While the videos themselves are fine (I personally don't need to watch them), I really hate to say it, but the ads that play before them very disruptive and it's hard to look at the page without being very careful not to scroll too far down. The ads auto-play WITH sound, and I can imagine many people being very inconvenienced if accessing ANN at work or school. I don't know if there's a way to stop auto-play, or at least mute the sound on the ads when they auto-play, but if there is, I suggest fixing it ASAP.

I hate them. They're as bad as auto-playing ads, and they make my rather old computer run even slower. If I wanted to watch a video, I would find one and actively push play; I don't appreciate having them forced on me just for trying to read your articles. They're a nuisance.

So that's what they were. I just sort of figured they were an ad or something, so I steered clear of them. It seems like a good idea, but I don't know if the placement is ideal.

I hate them. Completely unnecessary. Scared the heck out of me when one started autoplaying when I scrolled down.

I don't mind the presence of the video, but I do mind that it's auto-playing.

I absolutely hate that they auto-play. It's one thing for them to be there, and for there to be an option to play them, but auto-play is awful.

It's good that they don't auto play but it is pretty easy to accidentally mouse over them and set them off. Maybe make it so you actually have to click them to play them.

They're a security risk more than being annoying (which they also are). Enough said.

Don't like them. Don't care for them. The one I watched showed material I'd already read minutes before. The other two items were irrelevant to my tastes. It reminds me a lot of the over abundance of videos CR posted to their Twitter which is why I unfollowed them. It got too much and it was annoying.

They annoy me. I have started taking extra care to not scroll down too far, so that the auto-play doesn't get triggered.

Neither have I. I have a lot of boxes checked on my subscriber settings page, though, so maybe I've inadvertently disabled them? |

I browse from the front page, and I don't even see them. Even if I did, I wouldn't watch them because it's a complete waste of my time - I've already clicked on any news I'm interested in.

I have not seen those videos either. Perhaps they are disabled for subscribers.
