Tokyo might be different, but I have only found one 7-11 selling Slurpee's which was right outside of the front gate of Yokota Air Base. Sasebo, Nagisaki, Osaka, Yokosuka, Yokohama, and the area around Camp Zama appear not to have any Slurpee machines. The one 7-11 outside of Yokota's front gate had a smaller tabletop Slurpee machine, unlike the large machines found in the U.S.

Merely saying that Slurpee's do not seem popular in Japan, though Tokyo might be different. I love Slurpees so I wish this was different.
