Great. Hopefully, Children of the Whales will be announced soon, too.
Those subs on Violet Evergarden look awful, though. |

Children of the Whales was recently submitted to the Netherlands ratings board by Netflix, only a few days after Kakegurui. Hopefully, this indicates a close release. |

The months long delay on a show like this is a huge deal for me, and the main reason why I cancelled my subscription to Netflix several months back. If they can be more flexible and show new anime series on a weekly basis as they premier in Japan, then I would definitely subscribe again.

If there were ever a valid argument on any moral, ethical, and legal justification for anime piracy, Netflix's anime would be a good candidate. Netflix has gotten plenty of complaints about how many subscribers prefer a weekly simulcast. If a simuldub is done, try to do it how Funi does it: stream the 1st Eng. dub episode the same week the 3rd-4th subbed epi. streams. Keep the binge-watch part for series that are already finished and the seasonal anime debuts.
