It's great to read a piece on one of the most iconic anime studios of all time. Gunbuster is a classic and I wouldn't mind Anno revisiting it once the Rebuild movies are done.

Nadia is the only Gainax show I've never seen, so I really need to get around to watching it one of these days. It also sounds like the only "normal" show that Anno's done, lol.

I was going to say “well it’s closer to normal than the rest of his stuff”, but honestly Kare Kano is closer than it.
