This looks gorgeous. If it's half as good as Divine Flame we are in for a treat

Speaking of which, I wonder why Funi never licensed that. I thought it was maybe due to low sales of the series so they thought it wasn't viable, but they kept getting Garo anime so that couldn't be the case. Maybe Mappa wanted too much for it or something.

^^ It's a pity, though. It truly is one of the best anime films of the last few years and it certainly deserves so much better Confused

I've wondered the same thing about several titles where they have the license for a series, but not a movie that has been around for years.

Seriously, Funi please license this and "Garo: Divine Flame". Caitlin Glass has been the ADR director for the 3 "Garo" anime series and she has commented on her Twitter that it's currently her favorite anime she has directed

That is my problem with this project.
The live-actions are great.
Garo: The Animation was really good.
Vanishing Line is doing well.

In the franchise's history, Crimson Moon is really it's only boil. I would rather that the time be spent on a movie follow-up to Garo: Vanishing Line than Crimson Moon. Crimson Moon is honestly something that I would not like to be reminded of existing.

If it is half as good as Divine Flame, then this movie will have accomplished something with Crimson Moon that I would have through to be impossible. Make it entertaining.
